Purpose Statement
In obedience to the Great Commission, New Hope seeks to glorify God by raising up and sending disciples to proclaim the Gospel of Christ to the ends of the earth. Priority will be given to those being sent as church planters in the language groups where there are no Christ worshipers.
We invite the entire congregation to join in the following four ways:

Equippers and senders

We seek to create opportunities for New Hope to grow and learn how to send well through:
Discipling
Casting Vision
Offering education and training
Advocating for current and future missionaries

It is our goal to send Christ followers out into the Lord’s harvest by:
Identifying future missionaries
Training future missionaries
Providing support through prayer, finances, and personal relationships
Communicating/bridging between missionaries and the congregation
Accountability

We desire mutual accountability, under the Authority of the Word, between the Missions Team and:
Church
Elders
Missionaries
Missionary - A disciple of Jesus who is set apart by the Holy Spirit, and sent out by the church to cross geographic, cultural, and linguistic barriers in order to make disciples and multiply churches in unreached parts of the world. (Radical.net/Rom. 15:14-21)
